At 63 with long hair I cherish the music of the Beatles, the Monkees, Strawberry alarmclock, Greatful dead and never the less, yes of course, Jimi Hendricks, Janis Joplin, The Who and others. I had a good time at Woodstock ’94. Never the less, I am one of those adamant ’60s fans who would love to see a possible exacto revival with all the culture, style and memorabelia of the original event. Obviously the wonders of rock and roll have mainly left the world by now: Jimi Hendricks, the Beatles, the Monkees and so forth. But the idea of make-shift bands coming out rehearsed for music by these old wonders is all we could ask for and would be greatly delighted. There was some heavy metal music and ’90s era tuned happening at Woodstock ’94 which I did not mind, but still yet, I would favor the idea of having mainly the music we had in 1969. The REAL WOODSTOCK EVENT THE WORLD WAS MOVED BY ! ! I don’t know if I will be able to make it to New York this August with out any friends to go with but I would love to go if I find out I can. I would see if I can rent a car since I don’t own one. Yes I have a clean driver license and would most likely camp there so I could get up in the middle of the night and enjoy the tunes instead of being miles out in a motel. Woodstock made America great ! !
