80 Artists Headline the Woodstock 50 Event

Michael Lang, original Woodstock co-creator, is returning to celebrate the 50^th anniversary of his iconic festival event. In a statement to Billboard magazine, Mr. Lang announced that he has 80 artists signed-up to headline his Woodstock50 event, which will be a “once in a lifetime event.” Although the full list of artists has not yet been released, a few of the confirmed performers have been announced including Santana, Dead and Company, Chance the Rapper, Imagine Dragons, and The Killers. The event will take place at the Watkins Glen International Speedway over three days – August 16-18. The full performer line-up is set for announcement in the next few weeks.
